Helpful tips to reduce the stress
- Exercise regularly, even if it is just going for a walk
- Drink plenty of water rather than tea and coffee
- Try not to skip meals even if you are trying to lose weight, eat sensibly and keep yourself healthy
- Get plenty of sleep – read or listen to restful music if you are having trouble dropping off
- Don’t forget to breath! By simply focusing on breathing we can relax our bodies and help reduce stress
- Most of all don’t sweat the small stuff. Your Special Day will be special
