Whether you are an experienced runner or cyclist looking to step up your distance or go for a personal best or someone new to it all wanting to challenge yourself or give your training some focus, I would love to help you achieve your goals as your personal fitness trainer.

You may be planning to run your first 5k race or training for the London Marathon. It  is important to focus your training, there is a lot of information to be found but it is hard to work out what is right for you. You will need strength work, stamina and endurance, speed work, recovery time etc. What does it all mean and how does it all fit together?
