I have always had a passion for exercise, fitting my training schedule into a busy career as a Business Development Manager and life as a single Mum. I love a challenge – I’ve run the London Marathon, cycled several thousand miles over the hills in the UK, France and Spain, I ski every season and have competed in several triathlons.
My love of exercise and the sense of well being has been my inspiration to complete a Personal Training course. Since qualifying in 2008, I have worked at The Weybridge Health Club, Purus Active Health and Vida Wellness as a personal trainer, fitness advisor and sports massage therapist. I also lead the Sweaty Betty Get Fit for Free running club in Walton on Thames, inspiring people to get running and improve their fitness.
My desire to improve my personal fitness and performance led me to continue my studies and became a professional sports massage therapist better understanding the body and how it functions. I am currently studying Studio and rehabilitation Pilates.
I can often be seen running locally with my collie cross Bonnie!
